California: tax on taxable merchandise at the merchant location rate, passed through to the merchant; delivery fee not taxed. Rates from the CDTFA Tax Rate API.
Help requests
Cases customers, Delivery Partners and merchants open with Get help. Resolving one sends the resolution to the person who opened it.
Payment issues
Card payments that failed after retries, holds that could not be released, and open card disputes. Respond to disputes in the Stripe dashboard before the deadline.
Installation boundary
Live location is shared only where a boundary is set, and positions inside it are never stored. Paste the corners as JSON, for example [{"lat":33.3,"lng":-117.4}, ...], traced generously from a public map.
